Terms and Conditions

Defective Items: 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for ceramic vases, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or is defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product, along with photos and a detailed description of the issue.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Custom Orders: 

All custom orders are final sales. Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective. Please review all custom order details carefully before placing your order.

Unclaimed Orders: 

Orders not picked up within 4 weeks of notification will be subject to cancellation. No refunds will be issued for unclaimed orders.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 10 days of receiving the returned item. The refund amount will be for the cost of the product, excluding any shipping or handling charges, which are non-refundable.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping across the entire United States is available.
  • $12.95 for the first piece.
  • $5 for each additional piece.

Shipping Method:

  • Paid shipping items will be shipped or hand-delivered (only some pieces if on island).
  • Tracking information will be sent when the item is shipped.

Processing Time:

  • In-stock items: Ready for pickup in 2-3 business days. Shipping goes out once a week.
  • Custom orders: Take 2-3 weeks to complete. Notification will be sent out when ready to ship or be picked up.

Order Pickup:
When your order is ready for pickup, we will notify you via email or phone. Please ensure you pick up your order within 4 weeks of this notification. If you are unable to pick up your order within this timeframe, please contact us to make alternative arrangements.
